1. Service description

FAST PSW is a private home care and PSW service platform in Ontario. Services are non-emergency. Call 911 for emergencies.

2. Booking and cancellation

• Book through the app, website, or by contacting us.
• Cancellation policies shown at booking apply. Late cancellations may incur fees.
• We may reschedule when safety, weather, or staffing requires it.

3. Payment and invoices

Fees are shown before booking where possible. Invoices are due per agreed payment terms. Unpaid accounts may be suspended.

4. Transportation

Transportation is non-emergency only. PSWs drive only when qualified, willing, and assigned. Clients must use seat belts and disclose mobility needs.

5. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and care information
• Maintain a safe environment for visits
• Treat PSWs with respect
• Notify us of changes to care needs or access instructions

6. PSW responsibilities

• Provide care within scope and training
• Maintain confidentiality
• Follow FAST PSW policies and Ontario standards
• Report safety concerns promptly

7. Conduct and safety

Harassment, abuse, or illegal activity is prohibited. We may suspend accounts for violations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, FAST PSW is not liable for indirect damages. Services are provided on an agreed fee-for-service basis.

9. Account suspension

We may suspend accounts for non-payment, safety concerns, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
