Services provided
Fast PSW Home Care provides non-medical personal support and companionship services through qualified Personal Support Workers. Our services do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, or nursing care.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for information provided during registration. Family members booking on behalf of a loved one confirm they have authority to request care for that person.
Bookings & cancellations
Care visits are scheduled in advance. Cancellation policies and fees, if any, will be communicated during your consultation or in your service agreement.
Caregiver conduct
PSWs are expected to arrive on time, treat clients with dignity, and follow agreed care plans. Report concerns to us promptly at 1-800-555-0199.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services, except where prohibited by applicable Ontario law.
