Data protection principles

Collect only information needed for care and operations
Restrict access by role (Admin, Manager, PSW, Client)
Use encryption in transit and secure hosting
Log access to sensitive health information
Retain records per legal and insurance requirements
Delete or de-identify data when no longer required, where permitted

Passwords and accounts

Users must use strong unique passwords, not share login credentials, and sign out on shared devices.

Incident response

Suspected breaches are investigated by admin and reported as required by Ontario privacy law.

Type your full name as your electronic signature. Required before booking care.
